ANOD-CHEMI-COLOR-SYSTEM may be applied to a wide range of aluminum parts. It may be applied to a large range of aluminum parts. It may enable characterictic and beautiful coloration, which is also high corrosion-resistant, even on communication, electronic and electricically conductive parts that may not be applied with anodizing process to date, or otherwise parts requiring expensive cost.

ANOD-CHEMI-COLOR-SYSTEM film is very thin, to recall aluminum's characteristic gloss while a user may select unpolished or glossy surface. Because of its uniform coloration, the film shall have stronger solidity than the existing chromate film and it has higher durability. In each application, you may have uniform coloration per lot, so that the system is optimal for mass-production.

ANOD-CHEMI-COLOR-SYSTEM can be applied to all types of coloration including colorless or black color; moreover, you may have pure tin-color or gold as well. Since the system shall not be influenced by sizes of parts applied, it can be applied to any parts, even parts with screws or screw holes or components requiring fine dimensions.

ANOD-CHEMI-COLOR-SYSTEM is highly corrosion-resistant and wetproof. Any applied film(surface) shall be prevented from any white-corrosion while it prevents also pores on aluminum components.

The system may be used for lots of unique applications as follows.

The film, for instance, has higher electric sensitivity unlike anodizing treatment, so it may color communication, electric or electronic parts beautifully and for mass-production.

For example, applications for cable connections for television sets, aluminum lamp post, screws, bolts and cable contacts are resulting from its superior feature of the common use.

Also, the product may be applied to parts with aluminum components of which a lacquer or photo register is made of iron-aluminum or stainless steel-aluminum without any damages on its surface. In addition, it can prevent any rough surface/parts, which are normally generated due to anodizing treatment applying on alloy parts and treat inferior aluminum goods containing lots of impurities effectively.

The system gives you better results even in case of sand or die-casting products. If you have to treat non-aluminum materials, you may apply it to aluminum film after vacuum plating and sputtering with 2000 กส(angstrom; 1 eight millionth inch) thickness of film. For instance, it may be used for cosmetics, glass bottle, plastic container[case], mirror's surface, sunrays reflector. .

Colorless film of the system shall have excellent effect as a lower foundation of paint lacquer or otherwise organic film. The lower foundation would become higher wetproof and prevent any contamination and decoloration.

Spraying time is applied to 400 hrs for every case. It performed according to KSD9502 by the company.
