ANOD SF-700
Post-treatment agent for anodizing film of aluminum
As a special polymer component, water-soluble agent, it has superior absorption permance, sealing anodization film products, increasing lubrication, water-repellent and corrosion-resistance. It may be applicable even after chromate treatment.
Features
1. It smooths an anodized film.
2. It prevents filiform corrosion, which occurs in aluminum die-casting alloy.
3. It has superior water-repellent and lubricatin on chromate-treated products and heavy metallic surfaces as well as aluminum anodized products.

Cautions
Because of low viscosity & flexibility, use it after appropriate tests if you need to use if for post-treatment printing.
Application Tips
1. If lubrication is necessary, high concentration is preferable
2. If water-repellent is necessary for coated products and etc, add it as small amount(0.2~0.5 mL/L) in the final rinsing process.
3. Since substances are floated on the gel once acid is inserted in electrolyte, properly rinse it.
4. Since it may produce spots/stain when you use high concentrated liquid, be careful of it at all time.
